Seyed Hadi Daneshyar, labor activist sentenced to three years imprisonment


Labor activist Seyed Hadi Daneshyar has been sentenced to three years imprisonment by the revolutionary court of Shiraz city. 
As usual he is charged with “propaganda and conspiracy against the system” and “activities in favor of opposition groups”.

 During the miners’ strikes in province Fars in 2008, he was sentenced by false accusations of “activities against the national security”, “agitation and inciting of miners to riot”, to two years imprisonment by the islamic intelligent service. He has been detained for two months and released on bail.
