1200 workers of Safa Rolling and Pipe Mills Co.resumed their strike

A month ago 1200 workers at the Safa Pipe Rolling factory in the city of Saveh ended an eight-day strike with the promises of the employer. On January 5th the employer presented the workers a payment schedule for the six months delayed wages. So the workers ended their strike on January 6th.
Based on the schedule the first payment of delayed wages was due for payment on February 3, 2013.
At this day and at the end of the shift the workers noted that no payment has been made to their accounts. Thus the workers went on strike at 4pm.
The management declared that one month delayed wages will be paid this week on Wednesday, but the workers did not accept this empty promise and announced that they will continue to strike until the wages are deposited into their account.
