The first instance of the Revolutionary
Court of Sanandaj city pronounced Sharif Saad Panah and Mozafar Saleh Nia
guilty. The court decision was communicated to the workers' attorney in
Sanandaj. Based on this “judgment” they both are accused to “insulting the system”
and sentenced to six months imprisonment.
Sharif Saad Panah and Mozafar Saleh Nia are board member of the Free Union of Iranian Workers.
