Appeal court issue 19 months imprisonment for Pedram Nassrolahi


The appeal court in Sanandaj city issued 19 months imprisonment for the labour and women's rights activist Pedram Nassrolahi; the sentence consists of:
One year for "membership in the Coordinating Committee to Help Form Workers' organizations 
and 7 months for "propagating against the regime in favor of an opposition group".

He has been summoned in March 2012 to the intelligent service of Sanandaj city. He was released on 70 million Toman bail after being kept for two day in custody. 
In July this year he was sentenced to three years of imprisonment on charges of "propagating against the regime in favor of an opposition group" and "membership in the Coordinating Committee to Help Form Workers' organizations. He objected the charges, but he stand on his membership in the Coordinating Committee.
Since 2003 Pedram has been summoned more than 20 times by the intelligent service bureau  and arrested more than 10 times.
