Protest of unemployed workers ended with brutal intervention of security forces


300 unemployed workers covered by unemployment insurance gathered in the Piranshahr city protesting the non-payment of their due unemployment benefits.  This gathering was dispersed by aggressive intervention of security forces.
These workers did not receive their unemployment benefit since 80 days.

During the gathering first they were threatened by the insurance staff that if they do not leave the place, they will be arrested.
After almost an hour, security forces surrounded the area and beat them and dispersed these protesting workers.

There are a total of 390 unemployed workers covered by unemployment insurance in Piranshahr, who have not received their unemployment benefits since 80 days.
