Sharif Saed Panah and Mozaffar Saleh Nia the Board
members of the Free Trade Union of Iran will be put on trial for a
second time in one month. Both were arrested in January 2011 with false
accusations and their first trial was held on 25 March 2011.
Sharif Saed Panah has been workers´representative of Parris weaving mill
in the city of Sanandaj and Mozaffar Saleh Nia has been arrested
because of helping a homeless person in a cold winter and protesting
against such conditions.
