Sugarcane Cutting workers of Agro-Industry Karun
Agro Industry inc. in the city of Susa went on strike in protest
against the non-implementation of job classification and not taking into
account their years of services. The workers gathered in front of the factory
gate.
In fact many of these workers have reached the retirement
age and qualify for retirement, but because of non-payment of pension contribution by the employer, the workers cannot retire and take advantage of
these benefits.
They went for
several times on strike since last year.
