Branch 2 of the revolutionary court
of city Dezful summoned Shahnaz Sagvand the wife of worker activist Ali Nejati.
She has to appear in revolutionary court on
December 15th, 2012.
This time the Intelligence
and Public Security Police of city Susa is the plaintiff.
She was put on
trial on October 28th by the second branch of the court of city Susa and
charged with “propaganda against the regime through interviews with foreign
radio and spreading lies and disturbing public opinion” and was acquitted of
all charges on 6th of November.
Her only crime is describing
the poor health and situation of her husband in prison.
