Working condition in Hamedan-Sanandaj railway Project

More than 100 workers are employed in this project. They work in 12 hour shifts and also are forced to work overtime, but they only get paid for 30 hours from the 120 monthly overtime. Last week the employer has fired 33 native workers. Recently the employer forced the workers to two months unpaid leave. The workers lodged a complaint to the regional Job center, but they said that the contractor is one of the major governmental institutions and we can do nothing for you.
