Reza Shahabi, Board member and
treasurer of the Tehran and Suburbs Bus Drivers Syndicate, who has been on medical leave,
is returned to prison. The authorities rejected the extension of his
temporarily release for medical treatment, despite the recommendations of the physicians.He returned to prison accompanied by his family,
a number of members of the syndicate, his colleges and labour activists at 7
p.m. on Monday.
