Hamed Mahmoudnejad,
the labour activist and member of the Coordinating
Committee to Help Form Workers' Organization is summoned to appear before court.
He got two separate summons however with two different dates, one is scheduled
for July 13th and the other for July 24th. The labour activist is accused of “Acting
against the national security”.
Hamed
was arrested in March this year and released on a 50 million Toman bail after
32 days imprisonment in the Ministry of Intelligence of city Sanandaj. He was
arrested once more just twenty days after his release. This time he was released
after 16 days on a 50 million Toman bail.
