Since years the
members of the Tehran and Suburbs Bus Drivers union “Vahed” are intimidated by the employer and the regime. Following this anti-workers
policies Mr. Hassan Saidi a union's member has been fired on November 17th.
Two other union members Mr. Wahid Fereidooni and Mr. Nasser Moharamzade were
fired during the last two months. .
Their crime is
defending their and other workers’ rights against the systematic and continuous
aggression of employers and regime.
I condemn this aggression
against the workers and call on workers and labour activists to hinder the
dismissal of worker activists in Iran.
